The structure is on Marian Avenue A Port Charlotte commercial building has sold for $1 million, according to the Charlotte County Property Appraiser’s office.

The 4,940 square-foot structure is at 103 Marian Ave.

The buyer was Olwale Idewu of Port Charlotte.

The seller was the Strang Family Trust.
