| More than $1.6 million paid for Fort Myers properties |

 The buildings are on Brantley Commons Court
Two commercial properties on Brantley Commons Court in Fort Myers have sold for a total of $1.658 million, according to the Lee County Property Appraiser’s office. A 2,500 square-foot structure at 12481 Brantley Commons was purchased for $592,000. A 4,501 square-foot building at 12500 Brantley Commons went for $1.066 million. The buyers was L Star Capital Properties LLC of Fort Myers. The seller was Jarvis Development LLC. |
