Vince Honc has joined the office of RE/MAX Realty Group, Fort Myers, as a commercial and residential associate.

After graduating from a local private high school in Fort Myers and the University of South Florida with a degree in accounting, Vince spent his working career locally buying, selling and developing both residential and commercial property.

He developed and sold several small residential communities and has also assembled, permitted, and sold multiple mine sites in Lee and Charlotte Counties.

As an excavation contractor, he has been responsible for the site work on home sites throughout Cape Coral and Lee County--planned communities such as Cape Harbour and Tarpon Point Marina; and commercial centers, including Publix located in Cape Coral and Lehigh Acres.
