CB Richard Ellis has appointed Todd Hillstad as director of asset services.

He has more than 20 years of experience in finance, property management and development.

Hillstad oversees the operations of over 1.2 million square feet of Class A Office product, Warehouse/Flex and Mixed-Use properties located in Lee, Collier and Charlotte counties.

Before joining CB Richard Ellis, Hillstad was a financial manager for an independent development company.

Since 2001, he has been instrumental in the real estate acquisition and disposition of more than 700 properties, and the development and management of twelve commercial buildings totaling 250,000 square feet.
