Tim P. Tillapaugh has joined Prudential Florida Realty as a commercial real estate advisor.

Tillapaugh is a former agent with CB Richard Ellis in Naples who is a CCIM Candidate.

He will be responsible for sales and leasing of commercial properties throughout the state of Florida.

Tillapaugh is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and Naples Area Board of Realtors (NABOR).

He has more than five years of real estate experience.
