Partners Bank (www.partnersbank.net) has named Tara Francway vice president of credit.

She is responsible for developing a commercial loan underwriting department, including establishing forms/standards, policies/procedures, underwriting commercial loans, and overseeing appraisal review.

Francway has nearly 11 years of experience. Prior to joining Partners, she was vice president and credit manager at Community Bank of Naples, now known as RCB Florida.

Before that, she was a credit analyst at First National Bank of Florida, now Fifth Third. She began her banking career with Bank One in Lima, Ohio.

Francway earned a bachelor of science degree in business management from Hodges University.
