Southwest Capital Bank names VP of commercial banking

Jeff Schorle is responsible for establishing and managing new commercial lending relationships Southwest Capital Bank (www.SouthwestCapitalBank.com) has appointed Jeff Schorle as vice president of commercial banking. He is responsible for establishing and managing new commercial lending relationships. His office is at the bank’s headquarters in the Southwest Capital Bank Building at 12670 Creekside Lane in Fort Myers. A native of Fort Myers, Schorle is knowledgeable in all aspects of business lending and commercial real estate lending and has extensive experience in business development. “We are pleased to add Jeff to our lending team,” said Bruce A. Schultz, President/CEO of Southwest Capital Bank. “His experience in relationship banking and strong ties to the Southwest Florida community are a real asset for Southwest Capital Bank.” Schorle has more than eight years of banking experience in Southwest Florida. Prior to his banking experience, he served for six years in the U.S. Marines. “It has always been my career goal to join a community bank that truly values its relationships with its small business customers,” said Schorle. “A lot of banks tout themselves as the local bank with local business decision making, but Southwest Capital truly is that bank. I am very pleased to join such a great team and am looking forward to growing my career with them.” Schorle is a graduate of the Leadership Bonita class of 2006, and is a member of the Bonita Springs Chamber Advisory Committee for Leadership Bonita. He has been honored as a top performer at previous banks and has received several recognitions from the U.S. Marines including Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal for Outstanding Professional Service and Commitment and earned the National Defense Service Medal, Good Conduct Medal, Overseas Ribbon, Navy Letter of Commendation, Meritorious Mast, Certificates of Commendation and Secret Clearance from the Department of Navy.
