Scott Kellett, president of Bank of Florida Trust Company, was a featured panelist at the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta’s “Debate and Confirm” conference held in Atlanta.

The Oct. 23 conference – New Horizons: Wealth Management and the Global Landscape – is part of a supervisory discussion series.

Kellett was one of three panelists for the session titled Perspectives on the Competitive Landscape and Changing Business Model. He provided insights into the U.S. equity and credit markets in light of the recent federal intervention and the resulting impacts on wealth-management companies.

Approximately 100 analysts, bankers and supervisory personnel from the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta attended the conference.

Kellett has 15 years of experience in private banking, trust and estate administration, and estate and tax planning for high-net-worth individuals and foundations. He is a member of the board of directors for the Florida Bankers Association Florida Trust School and was chosen as a Five Star: Best in Client Satisfaction Wealth Manager for 2008 by Gulfshore Life magazine.
