She's been named vice president of market and economic strategies

Regina Eberwein has joined Gilkey Organization as vice president of market and economic strategies.

She will oversee market and fiscal analysis and examine financial feasibility and consumer trends.

Eberwein has more than 15 years of management and real estate development experience, including six years as director of market research for Bonita Bay Group. Most recently Eberwein served as regional vice president of market research for JPI’s Washington, D.C., office JPI is a national multi-family developer and property management firm headquartered in Dallas.

Eberwein graduated from the University of Kansas with a bachelor of science degree in business administration. Subsequently, she earned a principles of marketing research certificate from the University of Georgia Center for Continuing Education.

Eberwein previously served as a board member on two Florida Community Development Districts and is affiliated with the Urban Land Institute, American Marketing Association and Marketing Research Association.

Gilkey Organization provides land advisory and real estate development services in Southwest, North Central and Northeast Florida.
