Rachelle Dover has joined GATES (www.GATESinc.com) as its director of marketing and business development.

She is responsible for the firm’s marketing programs and business development efforts.

In her 20-plus-year career in the local market, Dover has focused on the construction and real estate industry holding management positions with prominent local firms as a key contributor to their strategic plans, business development and community presence.

She holds a Florida Real Estate Broker’s license and several construction related- certifications such as ASHE’s Healthcare Construction Certificate.

She is a graduate of various Dale Carnegie courses and won the “Sales Talk Challenge” during her coursework.

She has been an active member in business and trade organizations, including the American Business Women’s Association, the Greater Naples Chamber of Commerce and the Real Estate Investment Society.
