Pat Utter, vice president of commercial real estate at Collier Enterprises (www.collierenterprises.com), has been accepted into Leadership Florida’s 27^th class.

Leadership Florida’s mission is to build a strong, diverse statewide network of leaders with a shared commitment to connect our communities and to make Florida a better place in which to live and prosper. Participants are exposed to a wide range of issues facing our state and its communities and provided with opportunities to network and build their leadership skills.

Utter has been with Collier Enterprises since 1997, and is responsible for its entire commercial real estate portfolio, including asset sales, new development, construction, land sales, leasing and property management.

He is a graduate of the 1996 Leadership Collier program and has served on the boards of Junior Achievement, the Education Foundation of Collier County and the Boys and Girls Club of Collier County.

He earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida and an MBA from the University of South Florida.

He is a registered professional engineer, a licensed real estate broker and a certified property manager.
