McCord has more than 20 years of experience in the design, construction and management of landscape and irrigation projects, with extensive background in South Florida projects.

His duties will include the management of all design development, construction documentation, project management, master planning, zoning and permitting for public works facilities, private commercial projects, industrial and residential developments.

Examples of McCords’ past projects include Shell Point Retirement Village, Gulf Coast Town Center, the City of Cape Coral’s utility expansion sites and numerous partnerships with Lee County Department of Transportation.
