She is senior vice president and senior credit officer of Charlotte State Bank

Maryann Mize, senior vice president and senior credit officer of Charlotte State Bank, has been invited to become a certified instructor for the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Institute.

Mize, who earned her CCIM designation last year, will become one of 95 commercial real estate professionals from across the country teaching CCIM courses.

Based in Chicago, the institute awards the CCIM designation to commercial real estate professionals upon completion of the graduate-level curriculum of 200 classroom hours and “attainment of a requisite level of qualifying experience.”
