James R. Glenn has joined the Charlotte State Bank’s (www.charlottestatebank.com) financial management team as an investment advisor for Charlotte State Banc Investor Services.

Glenn, who holds designations as a chartered life underwriter and chartered financial consultant , has spent more than 30 years in financial management, insurance and related fields.

Glenn attended Polk Community College in Winter Haven and studied political science at the University of South Florida in Tampa.

He will be based at Charlotte State Bank’s Punta Gorda office.
