Nicole Carr, assistant controller and contract administrator for Heatherwood Construction, has earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting from Hodges University.

She graduated with cum laude honors.

Carr is the first Heatherwood employee to graduate under the company’s tuition reimbursement program, which was implemented in early 2007.

Carr has been employed at Heatherwood since August 2005. Previously, she was a correctional officer for the State of Florida and a captain/custom protection officer for the security company Wackenhut.
