He is general superintendent for Charlotte County operations of Owen-Ames-Kimball

Frank Bell, general superintendent for Charlotte County operations of Owen-Ames-Kimball (OAK), has been appointed to the Enterprise Charlotte Advisory Board, for a two-year term, by the Charlotte County Board of County Commissioners.

Enterprise Charlotte is a public-private partnership consisting of 18 members from government, education, business and community organizations.

Established in 2001, the mission of Enterprise Charlotte is to work toward improving the business environment in Charlotte County, retain and encourage the expansion of existing businesses, and attract new and diversified employment to the area.

The Enterprise Charlotte Advisory Board counsels the Charlotte County Board of Commissioners on economic development issues.

Frank Bell graduated from Davenport College of Business with a Bachelor of Arts in business. Bell began his career with OAK in 1982 at the Michigan operations, transferring to the Florida operations in 1989. He was promoted to general superintendent in 2006.

He is active in veteran’s organizations in Charlotte County, where he resides.
