Jim Martin has been promoted to general manager for Contractor’s Choice Supply, a Raymond Company.

Martin will be responsible for the company’s business development, marketing, sales and operations, overseeing a staff of 50, according to Chris Hall, division president.

Martin joined Contractor’s Choice Supply in 2000, and he reached the position of vice president of operations in 2005.

“Jim has proven to be a hardworking and loyal member of the Contractor’s Choice team,” said Hall. “He is truly deserving of this opportunity.”

A Florida native, Martin attended Edison College. He is active in industry organizations, including Lee Building Industry Association, Collier Building Industry Association, Greater Fort Myers Chamber of Commerce, National Kitchen & Bath Association, Florida Home Builders Association, National Association of Home Builders and American Society of Interior Designers.

Contractor’s Choice Supply is cabinetry and appliance suppliers, providing products as well as in-house design and installation to builders, developers, general contractors and designers.

Contractor’s Choice Supply is located at Jetport Commerce Center in Fort Myers.
