Colliers Arnold's Falde elected to CCIM board PDF Print E-mail

Andrew Falde, a commercial property specialist with Colliers Arnold in Fort Myers, was recently elected to the board of directors of the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Institute's Southwest Florida District.

He’s also the nominated chairman of the Candidate Development Committee.

Falde is a candidate member of the CCIM Institute and currently pursuing his CCIM designation.

 

As chairman of the Candidate Development Committee, Falde will be working to increase membership of the local CCIM chapter. He will focus on raising awareness of the opportunities currently available as well as explore ways in which the chapter can enhance value for new and existing members.

"We are very excited to have Andrew on the board," said Jim Tamblyn, CCIM, president of the CCIM Institute's Southwest Florida District. "He is a proactive part of the local business community and will have a great impact on expanding the local CCIM chapter."
