Five brokers from Woodyard & Associates Commercial Real Estate have been recognized among the top commercial real estate agents in Southwest Florida by CoStar Group Inc. and Real Estate Forum magazine.

The annual CoStar Power Brokers Awards identify top commercial real estate companies and individual brokers for volume property sales and leasing transactions throughout the year.

Todd Holman, Honorà Jocubus and John Kremski were named top industrial leasing brokers; Alex Wright was recognized as a top office leasing broker; and Robyn Wright was recognized as a top office leasing broker and a top retail leasing broker.
