First Community Bank of Southwest Florida (www.fcb-yourbank.com) has promoted Jon Witenko to senior vice president and director of information technologies and facilities manager.

He is responsible for implementing, training and supporting all of the bank’s technology needs; ensuring integrity of information security systems; and the design and coordination of all banking locations.

Witenko has worked at the bank in the IT department since 2003 after he received a master’s degree from the University of Florida in decision and information sciences. He holds numerous technical certifications including Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and Cisco Certified Security Professional.

Witenko is based at First Community Bank’s main office at 1565 Red Cedar Drive in Fort Myers.
