The vice chairman of Collier County is David H. Farmer, managing principal of Keystone Development Advisors.

The vice chairman of Lee County is Strickland Smith, vice president and director of operations for Heidt & Associates Inc..

The vice chair of Charlotte County is Debrah Forester, redevelopment manager for Charlotte County.
