Sunmaster of Naples Inc.(www.sunmasterinc.com) won five 2007 International Achievement Awards (IAA) from the Industrial Fabrics Association International (IFAI) for the company’s specialty fabric projects.

Sunmaster received Awards of Excellence for their Aria Pool Deck Trellis/Canopy in the Free-Standing Canopies category and for an Edgewater Cantilevered Dining Awning in the Commercial Awnings category. They also received Outstanding Achievement Awards for an Aria Entry Porte Cochere Commercial Canopy project, plus Curved Accent Awnings on a private residence in the Residential Awning category and one for a Rooftop Dining Awning with Motorized Sun Shades in the Shades category.

“We were incredibly pleased to have been recognized five times for our work, especially considering the level of competition on a world-wide level,” said Mark Miller, president of Sunmaster of Naples.

Selected from 387 entries in 13 different countries, entries were judged by a panel of industry experts, editors, architects, educators and design professionals selected for their knowledge of the particular category of competition. Judging was based on complexity, design, workmanship, uniqueness and function.

The IFAI is a nonprofit trade association whose member companies represent the international specialty fabrics marketplace.
