Architecture Inc. (www.ArchInc.com) has been chosen as the architect of record for and addition and remodel of the Summit Oaks Hospital Administration building in Summit, N.J.

The project at the private psychiatric and chemical dependence center involves roughly 30,000 square feet and is expected to begin in July.

Included in the remodel is the refurbishing of an existing facility with the addition of a new administration and triage building.

The project is expected to be complete in July 2009 and cost an estimated $6.329 million.
