Libby's Café + Bar is scheduled to open in mid-October at the former Fred's Restaurant location at 1917 S. Osprey Ave.

The restaurant is owned and operated by Steve Seidensticker, former general manager and current shareholder in Boca Grande's Gasparilla Inn, and his sons, Joseph and Patrick.
