Brooks & Freund has been awarded a contract for construction of the Gateway Golf Maintenance Facility at 11360 Championship Drive in Fort Myers.

The project includes a 10,000 square foot maintenance facility, a chemical and fertilizer storage building and covered soil bins.

Eric Brooks of Brooks & Freund will be the project manager. Architectural design services will be provided by William Kyle Kitchens.

Construction is expected to begin in November 2008 and be completed in May 2009.
