J.L. Wallace Inc. (www.jlwallaceinc.com) recently completed construction of White Cap Condominiums, a two-building, three-story condominium complex at 4631-4633 Estero Blvd. on Fort Myers Beach.

The Mediterranean-style construction is accented with tile roofing with an exterior stucco finish, including extensive moldings. The open front balconies have precast concrete columns and aluminum railings. The rear balconies have aluminum railings with screen enclosures.

The entry and drive areas feature brick pavers along with the pool deck area. The two buildings have 10 units between them and each unit features extensive interior upgrades including wood moldings, ceramic tile, carpeting, cabinetry, solid-surface tops, granite tops and appliances.
