The foreclosure sale of the Lakewood Ranch hockey arena property has been cancelled
DVA Arena LLC filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection. The foreclosure sale of the hockey arena property in Lakewood Ranch scheduled for Monday was cancelled. “The Chapter 11 filing gives DVA additional time to reorganize the company and raise the additional capital needed to complete the arena project,” says Sal Diaz-Verson, president of DVA. |
