The 9,390 square-foot office will be in the Brooks Town Center, near Coconut Point

Construction has started on FineMark National Bank & Trust’s Bonita Springs office.

The facility is at 10010 Coconut Road in the Brooks Town Center, near Coconut Point. It’s expected to open in January.

The 9,390-square-foot, Mediterranean-style building will feature a two-story banking lobby, two-lane drive-through, conference rooms, a full-service kitchen for catered events and office space for 20-plus staffers.

Dennis Landfried, a veteran private banker and trust specialist, will be responsible for the office.

Gora McGahey Associates in Architecture provided the design for the new office. Owen-Ames-Kimball Company is the general contractor.
