Premier drywall subcontractor seeks commercial construction estimator experienced in quantity takeoff, bid preparation for light gauge metal framing, light gauge metal roof trusses, drywall, plastering, and fire stopping. Strong project management skills necessary to manage and coordinate commercial, multi-family, and institutional jobs for a specialty trade subcontractor.

This estimator / project manager, is part of the sales process. The successful candidate will have an outgoing personality and be comfortable seeking out new bid opportunities as well as maintaining relationships with current accounts. We expect this person to be a well-organized multi-tasker, self starter, with effective written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in Spanish is helpful.

The qualified candidate will have a 4 year degree in business or construction management and a minimum 5 years experience as Drywall Journeyman/Commercial Estimator. Must be proficient on screen take off and have knowledge Quickbid and Constructware / Autodesk.
