The properties are on Seymour Avenue and Tamiami Trail
Walgreen Co. has purchased several vacant parcels in Murdock Village for $2.35 million, according to the Charlotte County Property Appraiser’s office. The lots are at 17298-17388 Seymour Ave. and 859-867 Tamiami Trail. The sizes of the parcels were not indicated. At least nine were involved in the deal. Multiple sellers were involved in the transactions. |
