The property was sold to a Dallas firm

Wal-Mart Stores has sold a vacant retail parcel in Port Charlotte for $1.25 million, according to the Charlotte County Property Appraiser’s office.

The land, described as Wal-Mart lot 3, is a 355 Kings Highway.

The property is suitable for certain retail operations of up to 6,000 square feet.

The buyer was Brinker Florida Inc. of Dallas.
