Two Punta Gorda parcels have sold for $650,000, according to the Charlotte County Property Appraiser’s office.

The lots, which have 7,800 square feet of pavement, are at 231 and 227 Cross St. The business names are listed as Elegant Lee Bridal Wear and Elegant Lee’s Parking.

SAC Holdings LLC of Punta Gorda was the buyer.

Elizabeth Pacerno was the seller.
