Two adjacent parcels on Pine Island Road in Cape Coral have sold for $1.07 million, according to the Lee County Property Appraiser’s office.

The deal consisted of vacant lots that measure about 40,000 square feet each, a total of nearly 2 acres. They are at 3011 and 3021 Pine Island at Merchants Crossing.

The buyer was RM Pine Island Op LLC of Davie.

The seller was SC USA Pine Island I LLC of Tampa.
