LC Lee Blvd. LLC pays $539,000 for 1.65 acres where restaurant will go

A corner lot in Lehigh Acres has been sold for $539,000 to a company that is expected to build a Lion’s Choice restaurant at the site.

LC Lee Blvd. LLC bought the vacant, 1.65-acre parcel at 800 Lehigh Blvd. from TAC-PPC LLC.

St. Louis-based Lion's Choice specializes in roast beef sandwiches. The company has more than 20 locations in Missouri, Illinois and Mississippi.

Stephen A. Cunningham of LandQwest Commercial LLC represented the buyer, and Bob Johnston, Jerry Messonnier and Derek Bornhorst of CB Richard Ellis Fort Myers-Naples represented the seller.
