Barkis Properties Inc. has purchased the 22,500 square-foot former Juicy Lucy’s parcel at 12249 S. Cleveland Ave. in Fort Myers for $800,000.

The seller was Roth I LLC

Don Gross of LandQwest Commercial represented the seller, and Mark Delrose of Re/Max Realty representing the buyer.
