The vacant lot is on Skyline Boulevard in the Home Depot Tract

Chick-fil-A Inc. of Atlanta has purchased a vacant lot in Cape Coral for $1.011 million, according to the Lee County Property Appraiser’s office.

The parcel, which measures 38,598 square feet, is at 2516 Skyline Blvd. in the Home Depot Tract.

The seller was Windsor-Thomas Group of Plant City.
