A S.C. firm buys the property, which houses a Publix store

A Colonial Crossing shopping center at 4600-4700 Summerlin Road in Fort Myers was purchased for $14.3 million, according to the Lee County Property Appraiser’s office.

The property, which houses a Publix, is about 9 acres. The building area is 101,900 square feet.

The buyer was Colonial Crossings of Columbia, S.C.

The seller was Ezon Inc. of Naples.
