Two adjoining commercial lots in unincorporated Sarasota County have sold for $112,000, according to the property appraiser’s office.

Anthony and Laren Leonard of Englewood bought the property from Rumlend Financial LLC, also of Englewood.

The deal involved a 14,690 square-foot parcel at 1979 Englewood Road and a 15,030 square-foot lot, which includes a 1,480 square-foot building, at 1975 Englewood Road.
