A vacant commercial lot in Port Charlotte has sold for $50,000, according to the Charlotte County Property Appraiser’s office.

The land is at 1829 Royalview Drive. The size of the property was not indicated.

The buyer was Oak Park Professional Center LLC of Port Charlotte.

The seller was David Cocuera.
