Lee County schools buys Cape Coral parcels for $2.55 million PDF Print E-mail

The properties are at NW 15th Terrance and NW 24th Avenue

The Lee County District School Board has purchased two adjacent properties in Cape Coral for $2.55 million, according to the Lee County Property Appraiser’s office.

The deal consisted of a 19-acre parcel on NW 15th Terrace and a neighboring 4-acre lot at 1515 NW 24th Ave.

The seller was Theiman Enterprises.
