80- by 125-foot parcel goes for $20,000

The City of Cape Coral Real Estate Division has purchased a lot at 1117 NE 23rd St. for $20,000, according to the Lee County Property Appraiser’s office.

The vacant land, which measures 80 by 125 feet, sits among several other city-owned parcels and is classified as commercial.

The sellers were Joseph and Lucy Whitelehman.
