Caliber Investment LLC has purchased two neighboring parcels in Cape Coral for $1.1 million, according to the Lee County Property Appraiser’s office.

One 1.3-acre lot, which is at 1211 NE Pine Island Road, was sold for $686,400 by Cape Coral Holding.

The other parcel, which measure .82 acres, was sold by Evesham Commons LLC for $419,300. The property is nearby on NE Pine Island Road; its address was not indicated.
