Brookwood Calusa Creek buys Beazer Port Charlotte sites for more than $3 million PDF Print E-mail

The property is at on Duncan Road and U.S. 17

Brookwood Calusa Creek LLC of Boston has purchased 106 single-family home sites and 118 townhome sites in the Calusa Creek community on Duncan Road and U.S. 17 in Port Charlotte for nearly $2.7 million.

The seller was Beazer Homes Corp.

Brookwood also purchased the adjacent 2.87 commercial acres from Beazer Commercial Holdings LLC for $249,987.

Randy Thibaut of Land Solutions Inc. represented Beazer in both transactions.
