Brookwood Financial Partners of Boston has purchased 130 single-family home sites and 84 twin-villa home sites at The Grove in Lehigh Acres for $3.38 million. The seller was D. R. Horton. Randy Thibaut of Land Solutions Inc. represented the both parties. |
