An 18.5-acre parcel in Alva has sold for $305,300, according to the Lee County Property Appraiser’s office.

The grazing land did not have an address, however it is near Rialto Way, records show.

The buyers were Roy Custer Jr. and Peggy Kuster.

The property was sold by the Howe Family Trust.
