A 20-acre parcel in eastern Lee County has sold for $6.64 million, according to the property appraiser’s office.

The grazing land is near the 8900 block of Alico Road.

The buyer was Williams Scotsman Inc. of Baltimore.

The seller was Three Oaks Alico 59 LLC.
