More than 1,065 acres of agricultural land in Alva has sold for $19.17 million, according to the Lee County Property Appraiser’s office.

The property, sold in five parcels, is near River Road; the addresses were not available.

The buyer was Midnight Sun Inc. III of Hartford, Conn.

The seller was Winding Brook Corp. of Orlando.
