The acreage is in Shell Creek Highlands A Charlotte County parcel classified as “environmentally sensitive” has sold for $151,300, according to the property appraiser’s office. The 6.2 acres are in Shell Creek Highlands. The buyers were Terry and Mary Kohler. The seller was Gregory Dinaur.
