Northern Trust pays $3.675 million for south Fort Myers land

The parcel is at Summerlin Road and Cypress Lake Drive Northern Trust has purchased roughly three acres near Reflection Lakes in south Fort Myers for $3.675 million, according to the Lee County Property Appraiser’s office. The vacant land is at 7960 Summerlin Road where it intersects with Cypress Lake Drive. The seller was Hadge and Associates LLC.
