Fifth Third Bank has paid $1.4 million for a site that will hold a 5,500 square-foot branch at Eagle View Professional Park On Goodlette Frank Road in Naples.

The acquisition is the third at the park, which is being developed by Eagle View LLC, according to the company’s partners, Scott Cameron and Michael Dougherty.

There are two remaining available sites, which will accommodate medical or business office buildings of 15,000 and 20,500 square feet. They are completely serviced and ready-to-build.

Anchor Health Centers is now fully operational in its new facilities at Eagle View, and Architectural Network Inc. will break ground on its new headquarters within the next several days.
